Furthermore, an animal study under pathological conditions confirmed that the plasma CoQ10 level was significantly higher in the group treated with water-soluble CoQ10 than in the group treated with conventional lipid-soluble CoQ10.
These findings collectively indicate that a greater amount of the water-soluble CoQ10 is absorbed into the bloodstream, suggesting higher bioavailability.

The improved bioavailability of water-soluble Coenzyme Q10 can be attributed to several mechanisms.
