Product Description
Cinnamon Bark Extract is derived from Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae with a long history of medicinal use. Its main compositions are Polyphenols: flavonoids and their polymer compounds are the components of polyphenols in cinnamon: catechin, epicatechin, epicatechin-6-C-β-D-glucoside, epicatechin Essence-8-C-β-D-glucoside, procyanidin (B-1, B-2, B-5, B-7, C-1), cinnamon polyphenols A2, A3, A4, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), procyanidin-A, procyanidin-B (haploid, dimer, trimer, multimer), condensed tannin, ferulic acid, etc.
Cinnamon polyphenols are obtained by extracting cinnamon oleoresin from dried cinnamon bark and then extracting cinnamon polyphenols from oil residues through an atomization extraction process. Cinnamon polyphenol is a rare medicinal and edible homologous active substance, which has the effect of controlling blood sugar.
