Update On Our Exhibition in Pharmtech&Ingredients 2024

We participated in the Pharmtech & Ingredients exhibition held in Moscow, Russia, from November 19 to 22, 2024. The exhibition allowed us to interact with clients from Russia, Belarus, and India, especially those in the dietary supplement and cosmetics industries. Our well-known natural ingredients used in skincare, cosmetics, and health supplements were displayed during the exhibition. These included Saw Palmetto Oil, Gromwell Root Extract, Ginger Oil, Valerian Extract, Kava Root Extract, and Evening Primrose Oil.

During the exhibition in Russia, customers had a strong interest in our valerian extract. They were especially interested in the product's pricing details and the extraction process. Many visitors wanted to learn how to produce high-quality valerian extract, with an emphasis on the efficacy and preservation of active ingredients. Consumers desired to know how the extraction process affected the valerian extract's final potency, quality, and bioavailability. Another important point of interest was pricing, as buyers looked for affordable prices for premium extracts that could satisfy their manufacturing requirements. The demand for valerian extract demonstrated the rising demand for natural, plant-based ingredients for a range of uses.

 

Several cooperation-related topics also triggered the interest of customers, especially those related to terms of payment, customs processes, shipping logistics, and others. Customers were particularly concerned about the issue of payments to and from Russia under the current political circumstances. To lessen the risks connected with international banking restrictions, they sought to know if any other payment options were available. The reliability and security of conventional payment methods, such as bank transfers, as well as the possible delays or difficulties associated with cross-border transactions, worried some clients. We addressed these worries by explaining the different measures we have taken to guarantee safe and effective payments despite the difficulties.
